1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds


We accept returns and offer refunds on merchandise under the following conditions:


  • The item must be returned within 21 days from the date of purchase.

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Personalized or custom-made items are generally not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.


2. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:


  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at and notate “RETURN” in the Subject Line within 14 days of receiving your merchandise. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

  2. Our Customer Support Team will guide you through the return process, which may include providing you with a return shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with a copy of the original packing slip or receipt.

  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Support Team. 

3. Refund Process


Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following:


  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • In case of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs.

  • Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and then place a new order for the desired item.
